DMCA Takedown Policy
1. Overview
BeatFarm respects the intellectual property rights of others
and expects our users to do the same. This policy outlines how to submit
a Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") notice
if you believe content on BeatFarm infringes your copyright.
2. Filing a Notice
To file a DMCA notice, send an email to dmca@beatfarm.org with the following information:
- Your contact information.

Identification of the copyrighted work
you claim has been infringed. -
Identification of the material that you believe is infringing,
including its URL or other location information. -
A statement that you have a good-faith belief
that use of the material is not authorized. -
A statement, under penalty of perjury,
that the information you provide is accurate
and that you are authorized to act
on behalf of the copyright owner. - Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error,
you may submit a counter notice to
dmca@beatfarm.org that includes:
- Your contact information.

Identification of the removed material
and its location before removal. -
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief
the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification. -
Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court
for your address, and that you will accept service of process
from the complaining party. - Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
BeatFarm may terminate accounts
of users who are repeat infringers.
